Day 1 :

Arrival – Border Crossing – Penjikent City

Meet your guide at the Jarteppa border crossing (Tajikistan–Uzbekistan)
Transfer to Penjikent, the ancient Sogdian city rich in history
City tour (if time permits): Rudaki Museum, local bazaar, and ruins of Old Penjikent
Overnight in guesthouse or hotel in Penjikent

Day 2 :

Penjikent → Farob Village (2,000m)

Scenic drive to Farob, a charming mountain village nestled in the lower Fann Mountains
Meet local horse guides and prepare for the horseback journey
Acclimatization walk and introductory riding session
Overnight in a local guesthouse in Farob

Day 3 :

Farob → Mogiyon Pass (2,500m) → Obiborik Village

Begin horseback trek through mountain trails and juniper forests
Cross the picturesque Mogiyon Pass, offering sweeping views of the valleys below
Descend to the peaceful village of Obiborik
Camp setup and evening around the fire
Overnight: Tent camp near Obiborik

Day 4 :

Obiborik → Rogich Village – Camp

Continue the journey along lush riverbanks and open highland meadows
Arrive at Rogich, a scenic mountain village
Set up camp under the stars at a pristine natural site nearby
Overnight: Camping

Day 05 :

Camp → Kamichora Pass (3,000m) → The Seventh Lake (2,400m)

Ascend to the Kamichora Pass, the highest point of the route
Enjoy panoramic views over the Haftkul (Seven Lakes) region
Descend on horseback to the stunning Seventh Lake (Hazorchashma) with its turquoise waters
Relax, swim, and photograph the area
Overnight: Guesthouse or camp by the lake

Day 06 :

Seventh Lake → Padrut Village (1,850m)

Final day on horseback descending through forested paths and past traditional Pamiri homes
Arrive at Padrut village, where the horse tour ends
Farewell lunch with local family
Transfer to Penjikent for overnight or continue to border

Day 07 :

Departure – Penjikent → Jarteppa Border → Samarkand

Morning transfer to Jarteppa border
Border assistance and onward journey to Samarkand, Uzbekistan
End of Tour
